The Arrowhead

Ellie Everitt
Hello my name is Ellie Everitt. I am a sophomore at Waukee High School. I am in publications for the ArrowHead and the Echo for the 2015-2016 school year. My day starts off when I wake up to go to school. After school I have dance team from 4:00-6:00 on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. I participate in Sparkle on Thursdays from 3:15-3:45. I love working with boys and girls with disabilities. They are wonderful kids, full of joy and laughter, and they are so talented.. It makes me appreciate the blessings in my life. I am a person who loves to laugh and make people laugh because i think laughing makes school or dance a little more fun. I go to church at Hope and I am very thankful for everything that Hope has done for me. Hope has helped me get through some changes in my life. I was confirmed last year. It was an amazing experience and I think about it everyday. There are some days where I do not really hang out with friends because I am busy at dance. This is okay for me because I love dance.  Dance really helps me with my ability to talk and interact with other people at school. I am a very hard worker and I get work in on time. I do not like to be late with anything. I want to get everything in on time so that i do not have to worry about homework. I work hard to get good grades in school.I study even when I  have had a long day at dance. This is my dedication to school and dance.
