Delayed Movies and Their New Release Dates
October 13, 2020
Since coronavirus grew in March, tons of movies were delayed. Nobody likes a delayed movie.
A Quiet Place Part II –
Initially, it was supposed to be released March 21st. The sequel to the hugely popular monster horror movie has been delayed until April 23rd, 2021. Fans are angry about this since they were looking forward to how the story would continue after the cliffhanger at the end of part one.
Black Widow –
This first Black Widow movie is finally coming out in a few more months. This prequel in the MCU features Black Widow on the run and reuniting with her family. As of currently, it has been delayed until next year.
No Time to Die –
This film is Daniel Craig’s last outing as James Bond. The movie was the first major film to be delayed, as it had troubles before coronavirus was rapidly spreading. It is now scheduled for November 20th.
This mind-bending movie directed by Christopher Nolan stuck to their original release date as long as possible, but caved in and removed it from the July release list completely. It was then released on labor day weekend as the first major movie back in theaters.
Wonder Woman 1984 –
Wonder Woman 1984, the sequel to DC’s banger hit Wonder Woman, has an all-star cast with Pedro Pascal and Chris Pine. 1984 had a very difficult time with the release date. With warner bros trying to get it out, they finally settled on December 25.
The King’s Man –
World War I prequel to the Kingsman series starring Taroden Edgerton. It has been delayed until February 26th, 2021.
That was only a few out of many. Every movie that was supposed to be released in March and months after were delayed, some even for a year. So please, wear your masks and be safe so we can go back to the movies soon.
